DREAMBIRDS x STEREOFLOW

Dreambirds, will release their first collaborative product in terms of graphics by graffiti artists and designers, Stereoflow.

This collaboration will release a shirt with a style from Stereoflow and also little change in the logo Dreambirds. Products of this collaboration will be released in May 2011.

CARBONATED VOL. 3.1 - CLOGTWO! X DEM

CARBONATED Vol. 3.1 event at Orchard Central level 1. 19 March 2011, Saturday.

Since CARBONATED VOL. 3.1 is doing a closing and the opening ceremony of a new chapter, DEM and CLOGTWO! decided to do a remix of ANTZ and ZERO's past artwork in 2009 for the celebration of a new phase.
In this documentary, DEM and CLOGTWO! challenged themselves to go beyond their comfort style and developed and merging style with the past counterparts, ANTZ and ZERO. Both, DEM and CLOGTWO!'s pieces are not entirely complete. So stay tuned as they rock it live on the event day.

In this new episode, we brought ANTZ from RSCLS to collaborate on the massive interior of Graffiti Cafe located at Far East Plaza. The graffiti mural production took 4 nights to complete with a total of approximately 400 cans emptied.

VOLVO ART SESSION

Earlier this month, 10 popular artists partook in the Volvo Art Session in Zurich.

For 5 days (February 9-13) each artist applied their talents to to a 3-dimensional canvas aka a white Volvo s60 and painted it over and over again. Contributing artists include, C-Line, DAIM, Pius Portmann, Yummy Industries, Donovan & Onur, Black Yard, NEVER CREW, Suki Bamboo, Michel FR and WES21.

ANTZ AND CLOGTWO BACK TO SCHOOL

Antz and Clogtwo from RSCLS decided to give back to community by producing a 15m by 3m mural at Coral Secondary school's art room.
Antz and Clogtwo both painted giant owls and pigeons in rendition of their own style, accompanied with a mass pile up of art materials. The mural contains two owls which represent the wise teachings and knowledge that is passed down from teachers to students. And the pigeons represent the artistic freedom of a young's mind. Both artists took 4 days and total of 150 cans to complete the mural.

STREET ART LIVIN' THE DREAM BY BANKSY IN LA

"British street artist Banksy is in los angeles for his oscar-nominated film 'exit through the gift shop' - a documentary which he directed that tells the story of a man's obsession with street art that includes footage of such artists as shepard fairey, invader and banksy himself.
And he hasn't wasted any time making his mark on the streets of LA, this time he attacked this billboard on Sunset Boulevard. The image is a drunken mickey mouse is putting his arm around a scantily-clad model, with minnie mouse watching off to the side, which bansky painted over a billboard advertisement for las vegas company the light group. Now Bansky's mickey mouse billboard has been removed by the billboard's owner, CBS outdoor, even though the garage employees had offered to pay 10 000 USD to let it stay. CBS now claims that they own the Bansky artwork.
